Called Patriot about my AC not working. Had Justin come out an hour later. He replaced the fan motor that had quit working. And about 75 minutes later our AC was back on.

This was service on my mother’s house and she was very impressed with the employees politeness and professionalism. She also was even more impressed with the time scheduled is the time you got not wondering when they are going to show. All around business is top notch. AC went out on one of the Hottest weeks she didn’t have to wait days it was replaced the next morning.

Excellent experience. Our AC went out during a stretch of 100 degree days and Jayden was at our place with the AC fixed within an hour of us calling. Very grateful for the quick, efficient service!

Joe and Kevin came out on a Maintenance call for plumbing in our house and their service was exceptional. They were both very hard workers, very personable, and very honest with us the whole time that they were fixing our toilet. They did great work!

Required service for a failed condenser fan motor. Called 4:15 Friday before starting a hot 3 day weekend. Justin arrived about 5:30 and installed a temp motor to get us through the holiday and started a warranty replacement to be swapped out later.
